The order form separates local pickup, local delivery, and non-local shipping so the correct price and address can be confirmed.
Local delivery
A delivery fee may apply. The form shows the known product subtotal and waits for the fee if it has not been configured.
Shipping
Shipping requires a complete address. Shipped custom bracelets, buttons, and handling are confirmed before payment.
Custom items: Personalized products usually cannot be returned for a change of mind. Contact CharmNest promptly if an item arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order.
