What CharmNest collects

The public special-order form collects a first name, an adult-managed contact email, bracelet preferences, and optional order notes. This information is used only to review and respond to the request.

The public site does not intentionally collect a child’s school, home address, exact location, personal phone number, or face image.

Studio access is private. Product photos may show hands and wrists, but public photos must not show faces, partial faces, face reflections, or school-identifying details.

Provider-specific retention and deletion details will be finalized during live deployment.
